We do cleaning of any foreign materials through skilled manpower from inside empty wagons of a rake whenever placed & before material loading starts thereby providing all tools & tackles. Foreign materials are being cleaned in a manner so that it doesn’t contaminate with other loaded materials.
We do insert Wooden Pegs, Gunny Bags & GI Wire Binding serviced through skilled manpower in all doors of the wagons through our deputed manpower before loading starts under our efficient supervision with the active labour groups to prevent any spillage of precious materials of our honorable customers.
We do apply Galvanised Corrugated (GC) sheets through experienced manpower in damaged wagons doors / floor / inside side wagon so that materials leakage & sick wagon declaration can be avoided and materials can be loaded again.
We pride ourselves as being rapidly growing organization in the provision of manned security with offering a GPS tracking device in customer rake. We are introducing this IT enabled Fleet Management System which can track, trace and manage global positioning system. We can now track your material rakes on the map at a real time basis during 24 x 7 x 365. .
We provide the sealing and waterproofing material by pasting the multi-layer cross laminated sheet with adhesive on BCN/BCNHL Wagon doors. Sealing and waterproofing of BCN / BCNHL Wagon door pasting services protect the loaded materials from rainfall & moisture.
We do render plot / heap / stack covering services on all commodities thereby applying HDPE, laminated, 100% water-proof tarpaulins on the kept materials. So, that it doesn’t get moisture out of heavy rainfall & showers.
Moreover, raw material tarpaulin covering protects from rainfall, moistures, air borne pollution respectively.
